  • add   1 lb sliced skirt steaks
  • add   3 teaspoons ground roast sesame
  • add   1 teaspoon chopped ginger
  • add   ground black pepper
  • add   1 minced scallion
  • add   1 tablespoon mirin
  • add   2 tablespoons sugar
  • add   1 pinch salt
  • add   2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • add   2 cloves of chopped garlic
  • add   3 tablespoons soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Mix first 10 ingredents and marinate the skirt steak one or more hours.
  2. Grill over hot charcoal.
  3. Cook until Medium Rare.
  4. Remove from fire and let rest 10 minutes, slice as thin as possible and serve.
